The Mortgage Company is a team of qualified and experienced advisors and administrators who work seamlessly together to provide positive outcomes for our clients.
Locally owned and based in Witney our office is open to you 8.30 -5.30 Monday to Friday.
The majority of our clients pay no fee for our service.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
As standard we provide our clients with a service that includes:
- Initial mortgage meeting to discuss your requirements.
- Mortgage advice: comprehensive range of mortgage products from across the market. We can’t always offer advice on deals you can only obtain by going direct to a lender. We offer advice on both first and second charge mortgages for your needs, circumstances and preferences.
- Agreement in principle processed on your behalf.
- Simplified processes as we will complete the paperwork for you.
- Contact with your adviser throughout.
- Mortgage chasing as we contact your lender daily to ensure the mortgage is progressing well
- Regular mortgage updates our administrators will keep you updated on your application ensuring you know what is happening with your application.
- Full protection review to ensure you and our family are protected with specific advice on life cover, critical illness and income protection.
- Reminders of when your initial deal is coming to an end and advice on re-mortgaging in the future.

WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE COST?
If you’re borrowing over 200k and using our normal service, there is generally no fee. As with all mortgage brokers, we will receive a commission from the lender, and if you borrow over 200k, we may not charge any additional broker or processing fees.
If you’re a new client looking to remortgage we charge a £55 fee – this is refundable when you complete on the mortgage
If you are borrowing under 200k, our typical fee is £250 and would be a maximum of £800.
If you have adverse credit, we charge a non-refundable fee dependent on your circumstances.
If you are looking to borrow over 500k Our Premium Service is available to you.
